The Expressive Movement provides an internship where you will gain a comprehensive experience and understand a nonprofit organization by working both independently and collaboratively with our team.  During the internship, you will combine creative interests, organization and business skills. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our partners, Positive Street Art, LadyBoss Productions, and Feel Good Cafe, as well as understand the benefits and operations of our partnerships.​ Most importantly, interns will be immersed in EM's community and wholeheartedly understand why we do what we do.

  • Community Outreach Intern

    • Assist Community Outreach Coordinator in event planning​

    • Research grass root organizations, charities, foundations, etc., to collaborate with EM

    • Assist Community Outreach Coordinator in fundraiser planning

    • Research public schools for EM to do dance residencies

    • Assist event operations at EM community events such as workshops, galas, and performances
